  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    Feel free to call the clinic, email us, or complete the below contact form and we will assist you in scheduling an appointment.
  • Do I need a referral?
    No! In Massachusetts, physical therapy is provided via direct access meaning that no referral is necessary. You are welcome to bring a referral if you have one, but we are happy to evaluate and treat you without a referral. As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we are trained to screen all patients and ensure that physical therapy is the appropriate place for you. If we have any concerns outside our scope of practice, we will refer you to an appropriate medical provider.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We are an out-of-network provider meaning that we do not directly accept insurance and provide cash-based services only. This allows us to directly work with and for you rather than working for a third party. We follow this model because we believe it allows us to optimize our treatment without administrative barriers. We can focus on one-on-one care, provide hour long appointments, and hopefully help you feel better faster and with fewer total appointments than a traditional in-network system. You are welcome to request a superbill after your visit and you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend you confirm out-of-network coverage directly with your insurance provider if you are interested in pursuing reimbursement.
  • Why pay cash for physical therapy if I have health insurance?
