BETA STRIDE
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Optimizing Human Movement

ABOUT ME:
I am Karen Lovely, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, orthopaedic clinical specialist, endurance athlete, mother of twins, and owner of Beta Stride Physical Therapy.

I understand injuries and their impact on our physical and emotional wellbeing. I am a passionate long distance runner, road cyclist, and rock climber. I've traveled on the road to recovery post injury and post partum. At Beta Stride Physical Therapy, I complement my love for physical pursuits with a deep intellectual curiosity about the human body.

At Beta Stride Physical Therapy, I am dedicated to optimizing human movement through individualized, one-on-one care. I am committed to helping you feel stronger, perform better, and feel empowered in your body.

Learn more here: Why pay cash for physical therapy if I have health insurance>>
I currently do not accept insurance and provide cash-based services only. I accept cash, check and credit card for payment. This allows me to directly work with and for you rather than working for a third party. I follow this model because it allows me to optimize your treatment without administrative barriers. I can focus on one-on-one care, provide hour long appointments, and help you feel better faster and with fewer total appointments than a traditional in-network system. You are welcome to request a superbill after your visit and you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement, if allowed by your insurance provider. I recommend you confirm out-of-network coverage directly with your insurance provider if you are interested in pursuing reimbursement.
